With Talley & Twine's 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you purchased it. International orders are not refundable and all sales are final.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label when you contact us. If the purchaser chooses to ship the item, he/she is responsible for the return shipping which must include a tracking number and insurance to ensure delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders delivered between November 1st and December 31, 2026, are eligible for returns through January 31, 2027. This extended return window allows extra time for holiday gifting and exchanges.

Our watches come with our motto, “It’s time to make your mark,” engraved on the back of each watch. If you’d like, we can send you a blank watch back that you can have personalized and engraved at your convenience. When will you restock the women Gold & Green “Money & Honey I don’t need the man size please.
Unfortunately, the women’s Gold & Green “Money & Honey” will not be restocked this year. We recommend staying tuned for more restock updates in 2026, as we don’t have an exact date at this time.
Do you make watches for ladies? I love big watches but the band is often too big for my wrist. Do you offer custom sizing? Link removal, etc.?
Thanks for your interest! We do offer ladies’ watches, including the popular Green & Gold “Money & Honey” watch in our women’s collection. While we don’t offer custom sizing, you can have links removed for a better fit. We recommend taking your watch to a professional watch repair shop or jeweler for link removal.
